Our client is one of the hottest financial services firms to work for in London at present. By attracting some of the best talent available in the market they have expanded quickly to challenge more established firms in their own backyard. As a result of this they are recruiting for a Business Risk and Compliance Manager to play an integral role to continuing to keep their expansion on track.
Your role will be to support the development and implementation of consistent and high quality risk management processes across their service divisions of Business Risk, Corporate Finance, Forensic and Investigations, Capital Markets, Advisory and Project Finance. Notably;
to identify risks and risk management procedures that are already in place to propose and implement appropriate risk management strategies, to develop and implement inspection procedures to monitor compliance with internal policies, to develop new technical and procedural standards, reviewing client take-on and continuation procedures, reviewing policies such as liability capping liaising with International Business Centres and reviewing inter-firm working arrangements Assist in the development and delivery of appropriate training courses
REQUIREMENTS
You should have excellent technical knowledge of at least one of their service divisions Ability to liaise at board level Excellent presentation skills
